Larry Lamely receives award for lifetime contributions to Boy Scouts

Most everyone here at FUMC knows Larry Lamely and how much he does here at the church.  He keeps all of the facilities set up and organized for all of the meetings and activities and is always willing to give a helping hand to anybody that needs assistance with anything around the church.  What many don’t know is that Larry has been voluteering with the Boy Scouts for a very long time, specifically with Troop 424 which meets right here at FUMC.  On January 16, at the Three Rivers District Recognition Banquet, Larry received the President’s Volunteer Service Award for his lifetime contributions to scouting.  We are blessed to have Larry here at FUMC. Congratulations, Larry!
